-Smoked duck on green lettuce with orange vinaigrette
-Marinated salmon with yoghurt/lemon sauce and pesto

Warm appetizer
-Austrian strudel with zander and prawns in cognac and green pepper sauce
-Pancakes stuffed with boletus and ricotta on cheese founde

Soup
-Bolete cream with croutons and cheese in truffle aroma
-Pumpkin cream with grilled shrimb

Main dish
-Delicate zander filet with black pasta, vegetables and saffran sauce
-Veal sirloin marinated in ginger with italian bacon, vegetables and rosemary sauce

Dessert
-Caramel cream with raspberry mousse and vanilla sauce
